Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If something isn’t quite right with your order, please contact us within 14 days of your delivery date using the form below. We’ll do our best to make things right!

Damaged Items: Take Photos of the packaging and product, and file a claim with the shipping provider. Once the claim is verified, we may issue a refund or replacement.

Orders will ship 3-5 business days. If the scent you purchased is not in stock and needs to be poured, it can take up to 14 business days. In which you will be notified. Please keep in mind our candles are hand-poured in small batches, and your patience is appreciated.
